About

This blog’s thematic coherence – society, identity, politics, and culture – was created and curated primarily from my experiences growing up gay, and studying sociology at UC Berkeley.

My critical and apprehensive analysis of society stems from the hardships encountered being gay in hetero-normative society.

My intellectual curiosity of humans, the love for academia and science, and the search for efficiency in everything I do stems from my education.

For the most part, this blog is for myself. Being able to write in an eloquent yet concise way while weaving in some of my humor and personality into these posts helps me become the person I want to be in the near future: an intellectual, a scholar.
